Return & Refund Policy
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, no questions asked. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
You have two convenient options to initiate a return:
Self-Serve Returns: If you have an account on our website, you can manage your return directly. Log in to your profile and click the account symbol in the top-right corner. From there, you can follow the steps to request and manage your return.
1. Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
6. Click Request Return.
Contact Us Directly: Email us at info@personastatement.com, and we’ll assist you in starting your return. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately. Send us a photo and description of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., special orders).
- Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Looking to exchange your item? The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Keep in mind, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
